Wyndham Omaha/West Dodge

Negatives: No abs ports in the room. Failed seal in our window. Difficult to get to from the Main Street. Ho-hum breakfast offerings. No cups for coffee in the room.

Negatives: Only half of the parking lot lights were working. A safety issue. The staff did not greet us or smile just processed us and that was it. When elevator doors opened the floor was all broken up. Made us hesitant to get on so we went down the hall to the next one. When the doors opened to our floor the heavy pit smoke about knocked us over.

Negatives: I didn’t like the fact that they had staff who didn’t properly clean the room. There was some unknown drug substance in my room hidden in the bathroom area. I hate that the management is poor because of the workers

Negatives: I feel like the hotel needed a deep clean. Carpets, walls, etc. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. There were seven giant hairballs in the pool area on the ground. The place was really packed so check in took awhile with one girl running the front desk. She was then unprepared to give change when I paid in cash. Didn’t even give me the right change after asking if I could wait until tomorrow for change. One of the exterior doors by our room clearly stated not to prop open the door, yet every time we went by it was propped open with a rock because there was no key swipe to get in the first door. If someone managed to get in that door (which was always propped open), the next door had the key swipe, but it didn’t matter because the door was not locked anyway. Probably used to be a pretty fancy hotel. Still is very nice, but showing age.

Negatives: The water in the tub/shower was cold.

Negatives: No hot water. Side doors, where most of the handicap parking was, didn't open. Not much choice for breakfast on Sunday. Hide a bed in our room was super uncomfortable.

Negatives: When we got there the toilet over flooded and flooded into the room. We did tell someone right away. It never over flowed again but never really flushed. The shower was only Luke warm and never got hot.

Negatives: It seems on some parts of the hotel they are trying to save money, and a lot of lights are off. It is a big hotel, and it just has a bad look, specially right after the lobby, where many lights are off. Nothing too concerning, although it'd be great to adjust that.

Negatives: No hot water, work out area had only broken machines. Breakfast was undercooked. Bathroom was dirty and the door could barley close passed the toilet.
