Positives: The rates were very reasonable, the staff very friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Both staff and room met our expectations. I definitely would stay here again.

Negatives: The two things that didn't meet our expectations were the breakfast selection (or the lack thereof) and the parking lot was not cleared of snow.
