On 2.12.24 at around 10:12 am Steve Holm took my receipt and said he would reverse parking charge of $34 and I would see a credit on my account. He said he would do this because I explained there was mold in the bathroom, no one ever fixed the light in

Location: a bit far from the strip. Except it is a diamond in the rough.

Never been to a worse embassy suites hotel than this. Ive been loyal to the brand and this took me by surprise. Everything is dated and staff and service was the worst. I asked for refilling the shampoo and conditioner two days straight and no one came.

Everything. From smelling carpet to torn shower curtain to a manager that never called me back. I dont think they are even paying their staff properly.

The hotel is old and dated. TV's were poor quality along with the fixtures in the rooms. Bathroom shower is grungy. Overall the hotel needs to be updated.

Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Great customer service.
Negatives:
I stayed thinking they had an airport shuttle which they did not, so I had to Uber to the airport. Pool and jacuzzi was out of order and bar was closed.

Pool and Jacuzzi heater weren't working, most plates at breakfast facility were dirty looked like they just wiped them rather than washing them.

The interior of the hotel and lobby were nice and comfortable. They had snacks and drinks for dinner. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. Close walking distance to the Sphere.
Negatives:
Several socks from a previous guest were still in the room when we checked in. Dishes were on the floor outside our room when we checked in as well. Total costs were quite high after adding resort fees and parking. The pool was closed so I dont know what I was getting for that.

The breakfast was amazing! The made to order omelet bar was a nice addition to a hotel breakfast. They had multiple veggie choices, meats, & cheese to choose from. The 2 queen bed room was spacious & accommodating. Room 230 had a balcony & a sphere view.
Negatives:
The pillows were very hard & lumpy. The bed comfort was average. The bathroom door did not lock. In room 230, there was a pillar in front of the tv if youre laying on the far bed by the window. Very odd placement of the tv & it couldnt be moved.

Pool chairs were broken and room didnt have spare pillows and blankets for the pullout
