This castle-themed resort and casino is located central on the Las Vegas Strip. It features 4 seasonal outdoor pools, 14 restaurants, 100,000-square-foot casino and live nightly entertainment are provided. WiFi (included with the resort fee) is provided throughout rooms at Excalibur. Every room has a cable TV, a large bathroom with a hair dryer. The Excalibur Hotel and Casino provides a tour desk. Guests can browse the numerous on-site shops. There are 4 outdoor pools featuring a water slide, poolside cabanas, and an Adult Only Pool. A large gym with modern equipment is also available. First room had heavy smell of Chlorine, could not stay, next room had double beds, no refrigerator, no microwave, no variety of tv channels terrible picture.

Old miserably outdated rooms with no USB or refridgerator, which I specifically reserved. Checkin took over an hour on a Wednesday at 4:30pm. The Casino seems older than one on the original strip, whick smoking 24/7/365 for decades will do. Just walking through for for 5 minutes will leave you stinking like an ashtray, which I blame on a lack of proper ventilation. The majority of patrons walk over to the nearby New York New York, via a connected bridge, for real places to eat and gamble. Don't wate your money or time at Excalibur. I was actually laughed at by other here in Las Vegas when I told them I stayed there.

Needs updated, especially the bathroom. No place to sit your shampoo, etc. The casino was very dark and busy prints. Hotel signage was poor. Had no idea where to park upon arrival or even know where checkin was located.
Positives:
Close to other hotels and awesome arcade area for kids. Lots of choices for dining.

The casino part needs so updating.
