I was upgraded to an executive suite and enjoyed the view, space, ambiance, and the options for food and drinks. Staff were also amazing. I would definitely say it is also family friendly.
Negatives:
Everything was great. I wish I could have been able to order room service overnight, though. I arrived at 0200 and there were not any options for room delivery.

After online checkin using mobile app it took more than 30 mins to get the rooms allocated.
Digital key was not working while using in lift.
Ordered a tooth paste at 7 am but was not delivered until I checked out at 8.45.

We stayed 8 days, it's just a basic accommodation.
Problem with the noisy toilet flush which was reported but never rectified. Lifts was slow and only 2 lifts working.
Negatives:
U can hear noise from next door shower and flush, that can disturb ur sleep.
Pillows are too big and uncomfortable.

Spectacular interior design outside and inside common areas. Pleasant and friendly cleaning staff, also at the luggage reception and cafeteria.
Negatives:
The reception staff are intolerant and somewhat rude. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. The water in the shower smelled strongly, like stagnant water. We rented a suite, and I still didn’t understand what the point of this room was if it didn’t even have a coffee maker. A couple of bottles of drinking water could also be provided to the guests. Would I consider this hotel on future trips? Unlikely.

We only stayed one night on arrival in Las Vegas as we were travelling for a few days.
We were upgraded to a suite, and it was huge, comfortable, and quiet.
We ate at the Mexican restaurant and had a delicious dinner with great service

The parking was nice. $18 but there was ample parking. Room was okay.
Negatives:
The fixtures in the bathroom were corroded and looked like they needed to be replaced. The water came out fine but still odd to look at. Didn’t like how early the pool closed. 9-6 seemed a bit short. A lot of the food places also closed super early. There were holes in the sheets and there wasn’t a comforter on the bed which seemed a bit bizarre. It was just a quilt and sheets.
