About This Property
Located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, this resort features an 11-acre beach and a casino. This hotel also includes rooms with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. At Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, every room features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a seating area. Two outdoor splash swimming pools complete with a lazy river and a real sand beach are all featured at the Mandalay Bay beach. Private poolside cabanas and a full-service spa are also available. A conference center is available for business guests. Guests can take advantage of many on-site dining options, such as Stripsteak and Border Grill. The tub was dirty at the bottom and the AC was not cooling enough. It was cool right next to the only vent but not the whole room.

Room was subpar. Air conditioning was limited in temperature (needed to be a few degrees cooler at night). Shower was moldy. The hotel has degraded a lot over the years.

Bring snacks and water if you stay here. A bottle of water in the room is $25....and you cant use the fridge without paying an extra fee. I'll do all-inclusive somewhere else or stay at another hotel.

The Mandalay Bay was clean and updated. Only problem occurred the last morning and that was a burned out bulb in the bathroom so not a big deal. Great stay overall

The overall experience was good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful a definite10.Special shout out to hotel employee-MGM Rewards.The gambling/casino was fun and the drink service was OUTSTANDING!!! Better then some of the 5 star resorts up the street.

Restaurant service was horrible. I cannot believe this is a 4+ star hotel and you have no 24 hour restaurant service & very limited room service. The five star resorts beat you hands-down. Bathroom dirty on arrival in room after room had been cleaned.

Very clean, staff is extremely nice and helpful and everything was easy to find around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing which is a personal preference is it was at the end of the strip so if you are wanting to walk the strip its a little further down but other than that, excellent hotel.

Booked Mandalay Bay and got Valano. It was great so it was not a big deal other then we checked in and had to walk over to the other hotel.
Positives:
The hotel had run out of two queen rooms and upgraded us at no cost to an Executive King suite. Will definitely stay there again.
