30min to check in, 20min to ask a question, 30min to check out, 20min to correct the bill, strong smell/smoke of cigarette everywhere, ROOM: no fridge, no glass or cups at all, poor noise insulation.

NY NY is a decent hotel, it's perfectly located on the strip and has many great eateries. The staff is eager to help and always polite.

The soap in the shower was completely empty and the trash was not emptied. I checked in at 9pm and was gone by 7am, little things like this matter when you are traveling overnight across country. No compensation was offered after I notified the front desk

Updated room, great location, 24 hour sit-down restaurant, many amenities, parking rate was decent for the LV strip.
