Positives: The pool was not working, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room and our sink was not functioning. Staff was amazing and accommodating and Enrique was the best!!

Negatives: The pool not being ready for our stay. When I booked the room, it was not the room we booked. It was very different from the website.
