Bed was uncomfortable and I was forced to pay additional upgrade fee for being put in a room I didn’t request to be put into and the room was nothing special. The rooms are rundown and very out dated.

bed was soft and comfy altho had a 'hump' in the middle so it is probably too old at this point. appreciated the mini fridge and the coffee pot - microwave would be awesome.

Our bathroom was not clean. the floor was dirty, covered in hair. the ceiling was leaking, and we did not notice until our last nite there, and that is when all the hair and garbage and contact lenses flushed out from under the sink. there appeared to be a leaking spot in the living room between the bathroom wall and the bed as well. our carpet felt damp most days. the A/C did not go below 18.5 degrees which was too warm for us. i did let the front desk know on check out about the leaking ceiling - like i said - we couldnt figure out if the water on the floor was from the poorly designed shower, or what.
