there was no pool, like the description said, no restaurant inside like it said. bed were very uncomfortable and the pillows too. the carpet is very lumpy down the hallway tripping hazard. the parking lot has a lot of traffic of people that don't stay in the hotel. the air conditioner sounded like it was gonna explode. no microwave, or refrigerator

The atmosphere outside the hotel was horrific. I know the hotel has no control over the people loitering on the streets around the hotel but it is an unfortunate blemish on the stay.

There is nothing good about this property. From the staff to security. Wyndham should seriously look at pulling their flag.
Negatives:
Room was disgusting and dirty with pet stains. prior guest clothing was left in the room. No ice bucket, all lamp fixtures were unplugged including the telephone, no coffee maker.
We were assured by the front desk our vehicle was safely parked under a street light in a handicap stall in front of a cctv camera. Upon checking found that we were targeted and our car was burglarized and many expensive items were stolen. Including a camera, cosmetics and jewelry. Security did nothing said I had to take it up with RENO PD. Asking for video footage, they couldn’t provide it bc it was monitored from an outside agency. WYNDAM should very seriously pull their flag on this property. As a former GM myself I am completely disgusted with the lack of empathy and respect shown to me as a paying guest.

The room was very old, the carpet was horrible. My husband and I had to go too the local Walmart to by blankets for the room. The bed was way hard, and please don't even think about going to that ratched Casino downstairs unless you smoke,. Oh I forgot, the burger my husband and I bought at the Casino was really good, and the cook was great.

They say check in is at 3 and when I went at 3 they didn’t have any rooms cleaned and ready for me when I have already paid and booked the room. Told me to come back in an hour so I went back around 4 ish and they didn’t have no clean room available. I couldn’t talk to a manager they had me wait 2 hours and still nothing. Don’t book here if you want to check in and get some rest with reasonable time.
