Between Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location was very convenient. Left around 6 am and no breakfast was available.

Negatives: Checked in around 7 pm and front desk clerk was very unfriendly, we felt like we were inconveniencing him. Access through lobby was not ideal. Had to call front desk to get tv to work, printed directions in room would be helpful. Front desk clerk did come immediately though.

Positives: The agent at the front desk went out of his way to help us unload our luggage and upgraded us to a suite so we could see our car from our room.. Bed s were comfortable with nice fridge and microwave

Negatives: Breakfast could have been better. Pancake maker wasn't working. No fruit or eggs.
