We had great difficulty locating the hotel and ended up calling the hotel directly for guidance in just how to reach them. Thankfully the reception desk was manned by a young man named Steve. Steve very patiently and expertly guided us via phone the entire way and greeted us at the main entrance. Ive lodged in many hotel/B&B establishments and have never encountered an employee so willing to go beyond all limits to help guests when asked. This hotel is lucky they have employed such a dedicated worker! The day of check out we were greeted with smiles and assistance from an elderly who were manning the front desk. Once again, it was the employees that impressed us!

The breakfast selection was excellent... more than we expected, especially with the hot breakfast options... nice surprise...
Negatives:
Did not like the squeeze bottles for soap in the room... took entirely too much muscle power to get it out... I finally resorted to squeezing a bunch into a paper cup and using it from there... though I will commend you on being environmentally ahead of the curve with that soap option!!
