I found a needle underneath the mattress when getting ready to leave. The mattress had moved and revealed a syringe needle. I was told I was getting a full refund on my pet deposit and only received half.

The rooms were not clean at all. There was someone's old milkshake behind the chairs which means none of the furniture was even moved to be cleaned before we got there. The room looks like it hasn't been dusted in over a month or more.

Breakfast was poor. There was no coffee any of the three days I was there. Shower was not entirely safe. I am 80 years old with an injured ankle. The grab bar was loose in room 125.

Beds not made or changed for 3 days and trash not emptied for 3 days. Not enough for number of occupants. Had to ask at front desk for clean towels.
