Positives: Clean and well appointed rooms!

Negatives: My card wouldn’t work because their system has older machines!! The front desk check in was a nightmare because of this!! The manager at front(Rachael) was not very accommodating and very loud in telling us our card was declined!! Everyone in lobby was aware of the card being declined (her words) !! The other girls even felt sorry for us Jill, Christina!! They were very professional and lower toned!

Positives: Very quiet room and no noise adjacent or outside. Very friendly front desk staff. Very attentive and kind. Great to see and experience that kind of excellent service and friendliness. Very clean room. Spacious and comfortable room, linens, etc.

Negatives: Quieter air handler system. Didn’t need much heat, but it was noisy.
