They do not disclose you get a 1 hour time slot for the pool then you aren't able to use it again until the following day, the pool is NOT heated it is freezing. Our bed was hard as a rock - missing cabinet doors in the room, toilet seat wouldn't stay up

The staff called the police on a guest for playing low music in the spa. I witnessed the whole thing, I thought it was not right as there were no signs or policy against it. Honestly, you really couldn't hear the music. I won't be staying there again!

We can purposely for the indoor water park/water slides. We’re unaware there are time restrictions. We went at our allotted time. We asked if there was room if we could come back. We were told yes. Went back and they denied us saying there were “to full” but there was way under the maximum people allowed.

The staff was irresponsive to all issues, the bedding was dirty. The shower broke, water had to be turned off to the entire building. Horrible experience
