Negatives: Travelling from out of the country, arrived early and could not get into the room until 4 pm. There is nowhere to go and wait. It Is not close enough to the airport, the coat of $25.00 for an Uber ride to get there. Cleanliness is on the very low side.

Negatives: No bathroom access tv didn’t work

Negatives: The cleanliness of not only the building but my room was so disgusting I deliberately did not have breakfast (which I made sure was included when I booked the hotel). There were stains and gunk all over the walls, towels, and toilet, the ceiling had a crack in it right over the bed, I heard every word my neighbors said and a dog barking. There was someone that was yelling and slamming the doors from midnight to 3am. The stairwell looked to be just as dirty as a NYC subway. I felt so grossed out that if it wasn't as late as it was (around 6pm) I would've immediately left and I even debated sleeping in my vehicle the only thing stopping me was indoor plumbing and electricity. I don't even know if the room was cleaned before I checked in since there was some sort of dirt on a table. I booked a smoking room so I knew it wasn't going to smell like roses, but the smell that assaulted my senses as I entered was enough to turn my stomach even before I saw what the room looked like (keep in mind that the light switch next to the door didn't work and I had to go to the other side of the room to even get to a light to begin with.) I will never advise anyone to stay there! If it was the least expensive that would make sense but there were other hotels that were less money in the area.

Negatives: The friendliness of the staff. I accidently booked the smoking room. When I requested to be changed, the receptionist wanted to charge another 50 dollars to change even though I paid 200+ for the night. When I entered the hotel to check-in, the guest who was in front of me, who did not reserve the room, he got the price of 150 at the desk, which is fine. but why would they charge me another $50 when I already paid 200+ for the room. I had two toddlers with me.

Negatives: when I booked the hotel, I booked traveling with a pet and had to pay 20 extra dollars per day upon arriving. even though I think the price was fair, I think it should have been included when I made the reservation online and not a surprise fee upon arriving. I went in the hotel front desk to check in and when I got back to my car the guy is waving me back in because he saw my dog in the car and had to run another transaction for the fee of my dog. since I scheduled traveling with pet, why didnt he catch on and wave me back in for a 2nd transaction? not very professional. to make matters worse when we arrived it was night time. you can not read the numbers of the `room #'s on the doors. I had to get out of my car to see the room #'s. when I found my room # there was no parking until I got to the end of the parking lot. our room was in the beginning of the parking lot. being that my husband is a professinal drummer and had very expensive equipment in the car we were uncomfortable with the car so far away. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. one that had parking outside of our room. I was told there were no other rooms available for what I booked so we had no choice but to have our vehicle parked far away from our room. the dog park they advertize is a small patch of grass and dog poop all over. no dimmers on the lights in the room. I wish we couldve been able to dim the lights. there is littering all around the perimeters of the property. I think they should hire someone to clean all the debris up and that would really help to spruce the property up. when we were checking out we were slightly past the check out time and this guy came around to our room, saying if we didnt hurry up he would charge us a late check out fee. over all, things weren't horrible. it was okay for a 2 night stay.

Negatives: The first room they put me in, was dated, the tv didn’t work and felt like a sketchy environment. The second room I was put in bc the tv didn’t work had joining rooms with a door that couldn’t be lock and felt unsafe. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and showered at Planet Fitness bc signs everywhere clearly stated said no refunds. $195 to sleep in my vehicle in the parking lot for my safety is more than frustrating. I feel these places should be held to better standards for the service they’re providing. No breakfast was available. This is by far is the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Negatives: It advertises breakfast and all they had was coffee , orange juice and granola bars . Also the neighbors next to us where very loud all night , knock on their door 3 times and still very inconsiderate

Negatives: Inconsiderate ppl especially on wknds. I would avoid it during wknds.
