Positives:
The rooms were clean and modern. It had a nice view of the water too! I liked the staff, they were helpful and kind.
Negatives:
They had a fire alarm test while I was in the shower, but I didn’t know that and ended up breaking my foot scrambling out of the shower to get dressed. Wish I had known it was a test. I also didn’t like walking through an arcade to get to my hotel room, but to be fair, that’s probably the reason most people stay here! I was just looking for a spot to relax.

I didn't like that the room was advertised with a sofa bed and. It really wasn't a sofa bed. I was constantly trying to call staff to add additional nights for 2 weeks. Then they told me my room would be ready early it never was. I waited 2 hrs for them to bring cots because there was no sofa bed.. staff in this location was very unprofessional at the front desk, didn't care to help anyone, or answer phones.

Room was not ready to check in when get inside. No toilet paper. Someone walked into room when changing to go to water park. Elevator was not working was stuck down stairs at night for more then half hour
