Out dated the beds were terrible my entire body is sore from sleeping on that mattress for two days and my partners complained about the same thing.it felt like we were in a fight. The hotel messed up my booking and took access to our room but then fixed it. The water park should be included it doesn’t make since to stay in the hotel but pay separately to enjoy the amenities. Would I stay again probably not unless they offer something but that’s just my opinion. Oh yea the elevators were trash take to long and some weren’t working for the amount of time and people that was waiting.

The property was very kid friendly. There was a huge arcade for the kids to play. There was also a waterpark on premise. The waterpark is not included and the price for the hotel.
Negatives:
We checked in after 6 PM. The room wasn’t satisfactory. There was no options to switch to a better room or even upgrade. The staff was nasty when we had an issue. No one answered the phone when we call for room service.
The restaurant food on property was nasty. They don’t let you know that theycross contaminated food. The diner tried to charge us extra for food we didn’t get. There was no manager at the diner.

Where do I begin??? Rooms are outdated and there were major stains in the carpet. The bed was poor quality and warped. The elevator situation was TERRIBLE!!!!

The convenience of the go karts and the water park room pretty ok

The dogs were distasteful and not everyone like dogs it wasn’t fun sitting and eating with dogs inside the restaurant also that the water park closes so early . The worst part of it was when it was time to wind down someone dog on our floor was barking for so long and you can tell it was a big dog. Woke us out our sleep and kept us up for a while until finally they got the people who’s room it was It was horrible
