Bed was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
Handicapped roll-in shower unsuitable. No stationary bench. Guest does not get washed in a metal wheelchair. Portable bench provided was too small and tipsie. Tile on bathroom floor was too large and slippery, thus unsuitable for a handicapped person.

The shower wouldnt stop running all night dripping kept me up most the night

lobby was pretty, day staff nice and polite.
Negatives:
pool was extremely cold and hot tub was broken. My bathtub wouldnt plug to take a bath. The night staff told me the wrong time for start of breakfast and gave me a mattress protector for an extra blanket. it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby.

As a overseas visitor it would have been helpful to have some information in room regarding what were the local places of interest. It should be remembered that not all visitors have access to online information .
