The price was good. The bed and appliances were great to have. Cute folding of washcloths and tp. Room was spacious.
Negatives:
Other guests were loud, children running up and down hall at late hours, a mom yelling at her kids. Strong smell of smoke. Garbage can wasn't emptied. Room was outdated could use some color or more of a welcoming feel. Stated there was kitchenware. There were appliances but not kitchen ware should remove that from description so people know to bring their own.

It is located near restaurants, shops and highway.
Negatives:
It is cockroach infected and it’s more an high end homeless shelter than an motel. The room was unclean and disgusting and we caught 3 roaches in the kitchen area. It looks like a very well known issue since the manager agreed to reimburse 50%, but we got nothing since we booked with Booking and customer service is not answering. RUN!
