Negatives:
This hellll of a place has a very dangerous lady at the front desk called Diana Sigei. Diana Sigei is a rude, unprofessional, and an inhospitable lady who will go out of her way to make sure that you will have the worst experience of your life ever, that will make you lose your faith in the hospitality industry itself. This horrible lady will deliberately misunderstand your conversation with her, and then she will twist it and use it against you so that your booking gets canceled and then she can give your room to another person. This is the scam that she runs at this place.
Diana is an expert in what she does - she cancels your booking without your permission and then screams and shouts on you to shut you up and moves on to her next target.
Not only should Diana be fired with immediate effect, even the person who hired her should be fired if Sonesta suites wants to stay in this business. Given our traumatic experience, we have decided to take legal action against Diana and the team that has given her the freedom to loot people's hard earned money.
A place with such contemptuous staff is not worth anyone's time or money. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being looted and treated like trash.

The Sonesta Scam is real
Positives:
What I liked about the room was the fact that it was very much self-contained and would be good for using as a base to tour the area from and know you could eat back at your room rather than eat out every night. If I was there for a prolonged stay with work I would be pleased as it had everything I'd probably need, especially if it's at a time when the pool was open. Beds were very comfortable which made it difficult to get up on a morning. Handy location for Princeton and also we used it as a location to go to Trenton and get a train into Philadelphia. Admittedly there are places nearer Trenton but we wanted to visit areas nearer Princeton as well. Another bonus was the amount of supermarkets a short drive away if you wanted to eat in and cook your own food. Good sized fridge freezer too.
Negatives:
Decor felt dated, could do with a refresh, although this could have been the room we were in so couldn't comment across the board. Breakfast wasn't the best selection but was well stocked. The only things relating to the room we were in were that the bath didn't fill with hot water so couldn't have any sort of bath and also the kitchenette felt like it was missing a few items like a cork screw. We noticed this as we had bought a bottle with a cork only to find we didn't have anything to get the cork out. In fairness didn't think to check with reception. Again, only a minor thing is if you wanted to go anywhere you'd pretty much need to drive everywhere.

The breakfast is pretty typical. The size of the room for the price was absolutely amazing. It was really cold when we stayed so the fire place was a great touch and we really enjoyed it.

We came when it was cold and off season for the pool and fire pits were broken. We will come back when it’s warmer.
