Positives:
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the decor was modern and looked great. Also liked that plenty of women and families were staying there too - made me comfortable as a woman traveling alone.
Negatives:
Wish the front desk staff had better knowledge of the areas. They were all very nice, but no one had any restaurant recommendations.
Negatives:
Pool/hot tub poorly maintained. Room was humid (clearly because it was above the pool area) and when staff was asked if there was any way to help the humidity/mugginess they were rude.

Great location, friendly professional staff, extremely clean room and restroom
Negatives:
The walls are paper thin, there is no soundproofing anywhere, you will hear sounds all night. The bed was horrible, I was totally shocked to stay in a Westin hotel and find a horrible bed. This hotel puts the Westin brand to shame.

Cockaroahes in room I want a refund told front desk they we re to give me redound still never got it

Running water noise through airco system the whole night. Empty bath gel tube in shower.
