Hotel booking blunder turned into a lousy stay

Cigarette burns on the bed spread - thankfully brought my own blankets after seeing reviews so did not use hotel bedding at all. Room was decently clean as well as the bathroom, but the bed was not good.

It was easy to reserve the room. The location was great.

I thought it was a little pricey. The faucet in the bathroom was hard to turn on and it took a minute or so for the water to get hot. There was a roach in the bathroom.

When you first walk into the office to check in, the office smelled so bad. The room that was given was beyond disgusting, someone hair was all over the place. The room needs a full remodel including adding a new bed. The A/C had black mold all over it. This was one of the most horrible experience ever.
