Negatives: Noise throughout the entire night from people above. The front desk did handle it, but it only quieted it for about 45 min. The lighting at night shined right through into the room due to the curtain not meeting the top of the window.

Positives: The location was convenient. Other guests were quiet so there were no disturbances during our stay.

Negatives: There were parts of the room that weren’t clean, like a collection of dead bugs along the bathroom window. We had to wait 15 min for someone to come to the front desk at check-in. By the time we got to our room, it was nearly 30 min after arrival, which wasn’t ideal after driving for hours. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

Negatives: As I was checking in I was asked for a security deposit for $100 I was told it would take about 7 days before I get my deposit back to date I have not received my $100 back. I’ve gotten nothing but a run around please assist me if you can.
