Staff were very direct and not warm, had issues checking in, with staff not being efficient. The Air conditioning in the room was making a humming sound, so had to request a change of room. The first night in the new room was very noisy with the creaking from the neighbors and upstairs rooms. Even my room, the floor creaked as I walked across the room. The breakfast cereal got exhausted and there was no back up. Finally, when i requested for late check out they said it would be USD 25 for every half hour beyond 1130 am, Given all the issues with the rooms (and i had mentioned it to them), the least they could have done is allowed a late check out. ALL IN ALL A FORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Ac working, going in and out. Room was cleaned and the staff was mid, Something is wrong with the building structure. I think they may need new flooring. I was woken out of my sleep through the night multiple times by the cracking and thudding of the ceiling/roof . I stayed on the second floor.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Negatives:
Booking did not mention that we had a pet, so they had to give us a different room and could not put my 92 year old father on the same floor he had to stay on the 3rd floor while we were on the 1st floor. The neighborhood I was not certain about taking my dog out at night for bathroom time. No restaurants around the hotel.

You can hear everything through the walls and floors !!! It sounded like the people above us were tap dancing all night long !!!

Easy to get to, right off the 40. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Negatives:
Not in the best of areas. But it wasn’t the worst, and I didn’t feel unsafe. Some boarded up buildings nearby. Homeless tent next door to the parking lot.
