I got a suite with 2 beds for my group of friends and I. We were all excited to see the room as it’s advertised nicely online, however we were so disappointed. The bed sheets in the room were dirty with what seemed like old period blood. Had we not checked the bed we would’ve slept on those dirty sheets. And to make things worse there were roaches in the room. Definitely was not expecting this coming from a hotel that charged $330 for one night in this room.

The location of the hotel was prefect for why we were traveling to ABQ. Walking into the lobby area was cute and welcoming, very easy to figure out where we needed to go. The open area was comfortable for breakfast and the evening cocktails. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly. This goes for the staff at the bar, breakfast area and the normal hotel staff.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the hotel could be better. Not sure how often they vacuum the hallways but it was clear that during our two day stay it was not vacuumed. There was a trail of potatoes and other food with ketchup that spilled on the floor from another guest (I'm assuming kiddos or parents with their hands full) and when we returned later that evening the trail was still there minus the big chunks of potatoes. In our room you can see where the mopping stopped in the bathroom, the vanity is open underneath and the line is very noticeable. Between the lack of cleaning in the halls and possibly the rooms it does cause concern since this is also a pet friendly hotel.
Also to us it is odd that a hotel that has a large parking lot charges their guest to park during their stay. Seems a bit like price gauging in areas that should be included in the high price of the hotel.
