Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque

Negatives: We did not have conditioner, only one towel, no Hair blow dryer and no coffee pot. The ladies cleaning the room sent me down to front desk for these things.

Negatives: The room was not clean - no towels - no shampoo - tub drain slow (part of you showers - feet take a bath) Visible dirt on top of shower not just dust black and the vents in hotel were same way. Receptionist did not ware mask correctly if at all.

Negatives: Great,nothing negative

Negatives: Dirty microwave, drawers, nightstand; no remote- supposedly fixed, didn't work; shampoo, no conditioner, elevator broken and we had elderly people. pictures are not accurate... it's OLD and TIRED. at least give a muffin wrapped for breakfast. Terrible!

Negatives: The property is run down and the name Wyndham should be removed from it. The bathroom had hair in and on the tub, shower surround, no wash clothes, bathroom door would not close because it was probably swollen (if I pushed, pushed, pushed it would close). My first visit downstairs was to request washcloths and the sweet clerk handed me full sized towels and politely informed me that housekeeping had not completed the laundry and had already gone home for the evening. I asked it all the rooms were occupied and if it was possible to check to see if clothes were available from another room? There was something sticky on the kitchenette cabinet and the bathroom light made a loud noise. We were moved to another room and the only thing better was that it had wash clothes...but it didnt have an iron. The metal ring around the tub faucet was cracked completely in half. It was an exasperating visit, not to mention the beds werent very comfortable and there were no full size pillows. There were 4 small square pillows. Wyndham REALLY needs to remove their name from this property!

Negatives: Wyndam Corp. should be ashamed to have it's name attached to this facility. The check in was late and the desk person was extremely nice and helpful with our reservation problem. However, when we got to our room the door appeared have previously been pried open with a crow bar. The backsplash on the sink had caulk that was dried out and peeling; the room wall paint was scratched off in places; the shower curtain was tattered and old; the tub drained very slowly,and the entire room smelled like smoke and I requested a Non-Smokers room.

Negatives: So dirty!
