Was a beautiful hotel. Parking in Albuquerque is always sketchy but fortunately they had 3 gated secure parking areas! Super clean rooms and TV cable selection was great. Shampoo and conditioner was one of the best ever in a hotel! And bla

Coffee maker was broken in our room but the staff down stairs comped us 2 coffees. I could hear stomping starting early morning from guests in the hallway that actually woke me up. Not the best situation if your trying to sleep in.

The facilities were beautiful. The cleanliness and comfort were great. The staff member who checked us in was friendly.
Negatives:
This is the noisiest hotel experience I've ever endured. We could hear neighbors all around us until well past midnight. This included pounding on walls, running in halls, slamming doors, loud TVs, yelling, and laughing. Normally, I'd call to report a noisy neighbor, but this was neighbors on all sides of us and above us. Seems like an issue with poor construction or perhaps hotel management should be managing guests after inappropriate hours. There was also a lot of street noise, including cars racing and revving engines. My husband wasn't able to sleep and we had to wake up at 3am. It was so noisy that we canceled our booking for the return trip home and booked elsewhere. I was also disappointed with the long wait to check in. There was one staff member checking in guests on a Saturday night. We waited in line for about 30 minutes.
