Room was filthy roaches toilets were clogged and staff didn't show up for 3 hours. Then it clogged again staff never came, so I had to go buy a plunger. Had to clean my room myself and fix the clogged toilet. My room never got cleaned one time. Pool and spa were not available. It was a terrible stay. Waste of money!

Location (homeless encampments surrounded the property), water damage in the ceiling with hanging debris, dirty carpet, chair lining was worn and shedding on clothing if sat upon, the check in process was long and disorganized, following the long wait the keys didn't work and was the same with others as we saw waiting in the line
