A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. The set up was nice.

Liked the suite set-up rather than just a hotel room. Pleased to be offered which floor i wanted my room on. Happy they do not clean the rooms daily and my thing were left alone. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Coffee pot needed cleaning before use. Room could have been vacuumed better in some areas - but overall not bad.

LVT in kitchenette was filthy. Spilled water, towel was real dirty. If the LVT is dirty, the carpet's dirty too. Shoes only in that room. Night clerk said she needed a $100 deposit, not just a CC scan. Late checkout was $15 + tax. Too many surpris

In the middle of an industrial park, blood stains on the hallway carpet, bleach stains on the carpet, the entire place smelled like rotted fish or carcasses. No joke. Very sketchy. Oh and they charge you $100. You dont get it back for over a week+

Security woke us up told us we had to leave they refused to tell us why but when I went to the office was informed that it was because of ACTIVITY that happen from a previous stay in SOMEONE ELSE'S room WTH!? I don't have control of other rooms. DONOTSTAY

Quiet area and the security of not having any entrances unlocked.

Room was very dusty. No shampoo or soap. You could see the room had not been clean or inspected. A dead dry roach was close to the heater.

I liked the location. Easy on/off I-40 and I-25 isn't far. There's also grocery and restaurants within easy driving distance. The rooms were big enough and nice enough.

The hotel is a basic extended stay operation. The bedside light was missing the bulb. I called the front desk about the bulb and no action. However, I called the next day and was able get a bulb. They charge $5/day for parking which is chinchy.

Fridge with ice maker, microwave and stove. My room was fairly quiet.

Many of the people who stay here with dogs do not clean up after them. Lots of dog feces in the rocks.
