The clerk issued me 2 sets of keys because they would not open the door. She asked me to wait for the manager in order to allow me in the room. While I was attempting to access my room , a woman appeared from a parked vehicle and told me there was a trick to open the door. I was concerned about my safety after my interaction with he. I went to the lobby and requested a refund and cancellation.
I don’t feel the property is safe for travelers and the property is in disrepair.

No computer in lobby. Lobby was a dump. Whole place just gave the feel of being a tad dirty. Morning staff was insolent, seemed put out that I wanted coffee at 5:30. The back door by the pool was not locked. Seemed to be a fleck of blood on one of the pillow cases. The lobby door had several finger print smudges.
