Worst experience ever at a hotel!! Manager will NOT speak with you after several failed phone call attempts and emails. Had a concert to attend at KeyBank Center. Tried to check in prior to regular check in time of 3pm. Did not have room ready till 5:10pm!! Lobby FULL of unhappy guests! Poor customer service! Was never told a time that room would be ready. People were getting ready in the lobby! Missed reservations for dinner. Very unpleasant and stressful. When asked to speak to a manager, was told she would not come down to speak with people. Went back to check if my room was available at least 10 times! Have called several times but no one answers. Expensive and not acceptable!! Also room had dirty cups. Not worth the $240+ we paid for 1 night!

Great location and comfortable rooms
Negatives:
Staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Despite paying for parking there was not enough room in the lot in the evening forcing me to have to pay to park in the nearby garage as well. The parking area is poorly marked and very crowded.
