The room was generally clean, and the front desk attendant was very nice on the phone and in person.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke, even moreso when we turned on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The heating unit didn't seem that efficient for cold temperatures.

First room we checked into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room but this one only had one bed so one of us had to sleep on a rollaway. Not ideal.
