Positives:
Front desk was cheerful and helpful when we checked in. Different clerk was accommodating when we switched rooms five minutes later.
Negatives:
First room checked into smelled like a hamster cage, smoke and urine. Head of housekeeping was there to agree with us. Found us another room and it was better, but still smelled of smoke covered up by air freshener. The carpet was tattered.

This hotel smells real bad.The hallway smelt bad but not even close to how bad the room smelt.We bought air freshener and it did not have any affect.We slept with the windows open just to let fresh air in and not sure it helped.I would not stay here again

The rooms I booked had major issues, from visible filth on the floor (pieces of popcorn from previous guests, a puzzle piece, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor), sticky stains on the floor, severe damage to headboards, plaster missing on walls

Yes--everything. Charged over $--- for a room that regularly goes for $---. Staying there was a scary experience for a single woman. Homeless people outside the hotel AND INSIDE. Smelled of weed inside. Bags of trash along the hall. Man in hall moaning
