Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

It is a welfare hotel! It is being used to house homeless families and is a loud and dirty place. As I entered the lobby kids were playing football got hit twice.... Mother or parent was nodding off in a chair. While I was attempting to check in another women kept getting in my face and invading my personal space, I believe she was attempting to pick pocket me! After that I said I am not staying here. I requested my cancellation and she said she would. I ended up having local police show up I was in my car she gave them my documents. For the one night stay wanted an additional one hundred dollar deposit! I called my credit card company had them stop the charges. Today I have received notice from my credit card company the charges are reversed. I would never recommend this motel! It is only 10.00 cheaper then several others in a 3 mile area.

Lavia was there after I came in from a very long trip from Virginia, and was so helpful and kind. I was so exhausted, she had me in my room in no time, it was 7:00 pm, long day. Since you hold $100 of my money for security, I asked her to come up and smell the room before I took it. She was kind enough to bring up the luggage I left in the lobby, so helpful! We agreed, it smelled like a horrible cologne was unleashed in the room. I opened the windows immediately. When I was downstairs, another guest asked for cleaning supplies, which I found strange, so I asked her what was wrong. She said there was a ring around the tub. When I saw mine, same thing. Since I was booked at the Holiday Inn at South Road, checking in at 12:00, I didn't even change my clothes, and slept between 2 comforters that I had with me. The smell was bad enough. Also, you should inform people who are paying a good amount of money to stay here, that you also supply many of the rooms to SSI individuals, therefore, they can make their own decision whether or not to stay there. Other than that? Well, nothing.
