Breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection ! Staff is good. The computer for my passes and labels worked perfectly and easy. The hotel was the best of my stay and wish I could of stayed a little longer THE POOL was so wonderful. Open till 10PM, I swam every morning and evening. Clean and just perfect.
Negatives:
nothing not to like. Parking was great. Amenities were lovely with a great staff. What more can you ask for. OH yes I had a room with a view of the fall foliage and it was delightful stay.

Perfect place to stay, close to great food and shopping and easy access to Route 9, yet tucked away

Arrived at 11:PM. Bed sheet in first room had a brown spot. They moved us. Bed sheet in second room had a large yellow spot. Moved us again. Third room had 2 double beds, not queen. Not faulting desk clerk. He was embarrassed. I blame the maids.

The rooms had been updated but it did not seem super clean or fresh. Our room was also very cramped even though we had a king bed and pull out couch. We were given only two bath towels, which is really not enough even for 2 people. We had our son with us so needed extra blankets, towels, and pillows. The shower enclosure doesn't make sense as it does not keep water in the shower. The floor was soaked and I only had a couple small towels to dry it up (which I would've rather used on drying myself, not the floor).

Curtains had clips on them to hold up so a bit difficult to operate to close them fir the night .. some spots on ceiling in bathroom but we enjoyed it there as it was very comfortable

I am seeking financial compensation for at least 50% of my Hampton Inn reservation fee.I am dissatisfied with my several-day stay in your hotel.
