The bedding was dirty and stained, not much was done to mitigate the issue once brought to the hotel’s attention.

Perfect for a cheaper stay...
Positives:
The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. I was in town to help with a family members transition into hospice. The staff was helpful, kind and very sensitive to my needs during a very difficult time. I really appreciate that.
Negatives:
No there wasnt. On this same extended trip I also stayed at 2 other hotels in Manhattan, one notably upscale. Indigo had better amenities, nicer brand of toiletries, and exponentially better inclusive services. For the price it was unbelievable!
