We booked a room described as a double room suite with five beds total (1 room with a king bed and two sofa beds, and an additional room with two more sofa beds). When we checked in, we were given a room with only three beds (one king and two sofa beds). The person at the front desk said they don't even have suites with that many beds and that there were no additional rooms available to accommodate our large family. Total bait and switch.
In addition to that, the elevators were not working upon arrival or check out, so we had to lug suitcases down five flights of stairs.
The couch cushions were pretty gross with visible stains and lots of wear and tear.
