The best part was the young African American woman at the front counter. Dont get me wrong the African American older man was good as well and very polite and kind.

The room had a musty smell and housekeeping didnt have any type of cheery attitude which I thought was rude when they would just walk by and expect you to stop for them

The resort vibe. Love the salt water pool.

I travel with my dog. I stay at this hotel often and see the "pet" wing is in the least desirable area of the facility.
Positives:
Room was clean, front desk staff were nice, and area was quiet.
Negatives:
The smell of marijuana spoke was strong in our hallway. We had to put a towel under our door to try and keep the smell out. I figure staff has to be aware, as the scent was sometimes detectable in the lobby. This is a non-smoking facility.

In all the time no single person came to clean our room and for over $400 a night no acceptable

Positives:
The breakfast was complimentary but it still could have been better. More variety, maybe some hot oatmeal - not packaged. Better selection of teas is needed. The lobby was comfortable for relaxing.
Negatives:
Although my room was in a section that was supposed to be smoke free there were people smoking so that the hallway reeked of smoke. In my room I could smell pot coming in from down the hallway. Also, it was supposed to be a pet free area and there was a dog down the hall.

The pool and arcade are awesome! The bar and area were great also for the purpose of the wedding after party we were at.

Our room had two half drank water bottles that were not ours (we dont buy plastic bottles) and the pillows were miniatures
