Breakfast was an apple, muffin, juice, or coffee! Had to ask front desk to make more coffee. Plumbing issues-toilet plugged. And, the lobby restrooms were closed due to renovation. We waited 30 minutes to check in & no one was on site-needed to call!

Overall stay was convenient for the need to be at the airport early in the morning. Quality of the room was no great.
Positives:
The good? The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. There was plenty of hot water and the TV worked. That's about it.
Negatives:
As a female travelling alone, I was NOT happy with the lighting outside at night. It was far too dark for me to feel safe. This hotel is directly across from a Juvenile Detention Center (another reason to not feel safe). The hotel was extremely shabby and in need of a LOT of basic maintenance. The bedding and towels had STAINS on them (just gross!). The hotel attendant was pleasant, but even he seemed a bit sketchy. Let's just say that I'm a smoker and I didn't even leave the room to go back outside to have a cigarette or two before bed (like I usually do). I checked in about 7:30pm, brought my things into the room, engaged both locks and then blocked the door with the iron and the luggage rack. I would NEVER stay here again. I didn't even partake of the "breakfast". Instead I paid an exorbitant amount money to eat at the airport where I actually felt safe!

The TV was really easy to use with a good selection of cable channels. The staff was polite.

There was no hot water, unforgivable--this is a basic expectation. It is not near any restaurants that I could walk to in the rain

No water when we got there. Room was barely cleaned. Drain in shower and sink would not drain. My other family members room didnt have wash cloths or shower curtain and looked like someone threw up!
