Negatives:
This hotel is used as a shelter or temporary housing. The staff is rude. I payed for a late check out (1pm). They knocked on my door at 11am and WALKED IN MY ROOM at 12:57 asking when I was leaving.

I liked that this Hotel is kid friendly and I was able to cook my oen meals without having to order out... The room I had was very clean and the beds also very comfy.... Thank you!

HORRIFIC!! ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, except for 2 girls. The rest of the staff, were lazy and rude, and tye manager asked me to leave because I complained about severe roach infection, on kitchen counters!! It's a CIRCUS!!

What i liked best about this hotel was I received a full refund! That was the best thing that came from the experience of existing.

Lobby doors broken, I had to use two hands to open them. I was told if I wanted the sheets changed, I had to take them off the bed and bring them to the lobby for washing. The smell of weed reeked throughout the elevator and hallway. Kids up all night.

Not much to say - never got into the place.
Positives:
The location was wonderful, the front desk staff was very nice, we had 2 rooms and they were across from each other and accommodating. They were very accommodating also on our late check in. They also allowed us to check out at noon instead of 11:00am. That hour of extra rest was fantastic.

The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but they smelled of cigarettes and the bed in one room was a queen bed but was smaller. I asked about it at the front desk at check out, I was informed their queen beds run small.
