Positives:
Breakfast options were lacking. One person running the whole place, so she told us to be a while for anything that she had to make. Jacuzzi was broken. My son got a rash because we didn’t find out until an hour after he went in.
Negatives:
Main probably was the Jacuzzi was broken. I guess they posted something in the front. I didn’t see it, and my son went in. He had rash for couple days. I wish they had posted something on the jacuzzi.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly.
The room was clean and in good condition.
I like the seat in the shower.
Makeup wipes were genius(needs to be more though )
The 4th floor was quiet, which was great.
I like that there was actual glasses in the room for drinks.
Negatives:
The elevator lights(buttons on outside) on 4th and 1st floor don’t work.
There’s no appliances that you can plug into to charge your phone without a block.
Bathroom mirror light could be brighter.
Probably could use more than 2 large towels.

Breakfast was very good, but not free or included. Great choices. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains are real and work. Staff was efficient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Comfortable lobby to gather with my family and friends on cozy sofas by the fireplace and a bar. Good restaurants within walking distance.

I can't think of anything to complain about; other than I wish I could've stayed longer. Breakfast could've been included, but then would it have been as good?
