Excellent location, felt safe with the various staff around even at late hours. Room was clean and pretty spacious.

Design of the bathroom area could have been better - there wasn’t enough counter space by the sink and there could have been better shelving in the shower for toiletries.

Probably the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows we have ever had. The room was a good size and the daily cleaning service was excellent. Perfect location.
Negatives:
The unexpected deposit on arrival. Overall the room was kept clean thanks to the daily service, however, it was looking tired and clearly had some patch up works done on the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom that were not finished properly. The room needed some tlc and more attention to detail in its overall decor.

Very unprofessional general manager and receiption. Do keep away from the hotel and Booking if you are for business. They refuse to provide receipt and bills for any prepaid order through Booking. I attach the blank receipt fyi. Unfriendly, arrogant and incapable manager and silly system. Shame on them.
