I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience. Everything was in perfect order. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, yet everything you need is within close proximity. The metro is just a 4-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to explore the city.
Every day, our room was supplied with fresh towels and all the necessary amenities were replenished. One delightful touch was the hotel’s own delicious cookies, which we received upon check-in. These small details made our stay even more special.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and the thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable.
Negatives:
The only minor downside was the elevator situation during busy times like check-in and check-out. The three elevators were often fully occupied, and we had to wait around 10 minutes a few times. However, this was only an occasional inconvenience. If you're an early riser and leave the hotel around 8-9 AM, we never had any problems and the elevator arrived immediately.
