Negatives: The elevator was often slow or not in service, the breakfast was slowly refilled. The location is not bad, but I think it's a bit expensive.

Negatives: Room cleaning didn't get done during the time we were there

Negatives: The room a/c was incredibly loud. Housekeeping was not good at all, on arrival there was only enough towels for 3 though there were 4 of us booked, the next time they came, they just took the dirty towels and left nothing at all, which was annoying after leaving them a decent tip. The next alternate day they were due they just didn’t come at all, and when we complained they sent someone in the evening but we had to go and sit in the lobby for 1/2hr while they did the room - even though we’d been out sightseeing the entire day and were so exhausted and just wanted to go and rest. The elevators were very slow, and one day out of order completely - walking 10 flights was as much fun as you think it would be. The included breakfast was good, though they didn’t keep it well stocked at times, even though we ate early, and over our 5 day stay we had to ask multiple times for things to be replenished-such as coffee, hot food etc. most of the staff at the front desk were very abrupt bordering on rude at times, I know they deal with stupid people regularly, but not all of us are, some of us are just from different countries, visiting for the 1st time and unsure of particular things. A bit of kindness and a friendly manner goes a long way. We’ve since stayed at another 2 Hampton Inns in other states and had such excellent service, so I don’t think it’s the brand, rather this particular location.

Negatives: old hotel better in the photo than in life hole in the curtain in the room a huge gap in the door (which does not close properly) Near to the room there was ice and water machine that made noise all night. then it was turned off breakfast with disposable tableware Wi-Fi is free for a week only,then u must pay In room disposable cups and bottle water $3

Negatives: The elevator, seems a little outdated

Negatives: Breakfast was poor and not what you’d expect from the Hilton brand in a major city in the Western world

Negatives: The breakfast was lackluster. Fruit selection was a sad red plastic-wrapped apple every day. There was a waffle iron, bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, soggy potatoes, oatmeal and bacon. It's the same thing every day. Wi-Fi was terrible. We gave up and used a phone hotspot.

Negatives: Lack of closet space.

Negatives: Nothing, our stay was perfect!

Negatives: Room was dark and tired.
