It was fairly quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The back of the door had some kind of splatter on it. I considered asking for it to be cleaned, but didn’t. Probably staff clean with the door open and don’t notice it. The glass bathroom would be difficult for privacy if you are traveling with a companion. I was alone, but given that this was a bunk room, you probably wouldn’t have the kind of relationship with your bunk mate that makes this kind of bathroom a good idea. I imagine young friends staying here. My room wasn’t cleaned after my first day there. Maybe I was in the room when they came by.

Kevin on staff went above and beyond to provide assistance and help. Before I even knew what I needed he was there to answer my questions. He deserves a raise! The whole staff was friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
There were only two suggestions for areas of improvement. There was a lot of dust build up on the bathroom door rail, didn’t affect me of course but left me wondering what else may have been missed. The plate the covers the lock scan on my door fell off upon entering my room. It only happened the first time, so I figured it was a fluke.

Renewed apartment, very well thought through. Excellent bathroom, nice beds with comfortable pillows (two per bed), many outlets and USB chargers. We also asked for a kettle and staff did bring it to us - it looked like new and never used - amazing! And air conditioning system is super easy to use and works very reliably.
Negatives:
The TVs we didn't use and they are placed so that you can hit it with your legs during your sleep so it'd be great to move it up or take off completely.
