Positives:
The location was very central, close to subway but also walking distance to all Midtown. The rooms were really big for New York standards. All staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Ice machine on 4th floor. Kitchen was a huge benefit for our family of 5, fridge for drinks, kettle/coffee machine.
Negatives:
Parts of the room were a little dated and the carpets could do with a clean but nothing that ruined our visit.

We couldn't turn on the heater so I was FREEZING during the entire stay - the room temperature was 60-65. Staff informed me that they were on "neutral" for the entire building and offered me a space heater. As it turns out, they ran out because everyone in the other rooms were also freezing so I ended up just layering up on coats while I was in the room. Absolutely would not have booked this hotel if I knew there would be no heater.

$20 for bfast is not a great value considering there are plenty of other places you can get phenomenal food for similar price.

$100 daily deposit is wild i travel for work at stay at hotels often and never had this much of a deposit before. Kitchen wasnt set with needed utensils and cookware.
