Negatives: The price I paid for 2 nights stay was absurd, especially for the size of the room I got. When I first checked in, my initial room was used and unclean. There was used towels, cups and soap bars, and the bed had clearly been slept in. When I went downstairs to object the concierge expected me to wait for the room to be cleaned, it wasn’t until I suggested a new room that I was given one. All I was given was 1 towel, no floor mat and 1 tube of body wash in the shower, so those basic amenities obviously weren’t replaced by house keeping. The room wasn’t completely sanitary and I was bitten by bed bugs on both nights, even after I requested a change of sheets. The ice machine outside my room was consistently loud and stunk incredibly bad, and when I couldn’t smell that it was because of the marijuana being smoked outside by room. The elevators were the worst I’ve ever experienced, they were slow, stopped at every level all the time and are way too small for a hotel that size. I often waited for over 5 minutes for an opportunity to catch the elevator. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel…and I’ve been to a lot!!!

Negatives: but the hotel really needs renovation. the windows didn't close, the air conditioning was terribly loud, and the elevators stopped between floors and kept breaking down.

Negatives: WiFi didn’t work in room and room was only cleaned once of my 3 night stay. I asked them to check the shower as the head was loose but this was never done. Luckily I was only there to sleep but it was disappointing

Negatives: A door on the shower would help, as well as a mini fridge. Also the latch to lock the door was broken

Negatives: Just the two very slow elevators. A mini fridge would have been helpful.

Negatives: The hotel itself was old and dilapidated. The shower flooded the bathroom because the shower screen didn’t even cover where the water was going even when nobody was in the shower. We have to lay out 2 towels which were sopping wet to avoid our whole bathroom flooding as the water just ran straight out. We had also prepaid through booking.com and the hotel charged us $500 daily from our card due to a ‘credit system error’ in the hotels system and apparently it happens regularly….. are they just preying on people that don’t check their bank accounts? We are still waiting for our money to return to our account… Also, The shower head was literally coming out of the wall and the roof was not even painted.

Negatives: The hotel it’s really ugly, and dirty, it’s to expensive, the room service it’s 0
