Hostess front desk promptly notified me I had two reservations and I would HAVE to pay an additional night because I did not cancel before 24 hours and that is our policy. When I first called to check on my reservation I was told they did not have me registered so I promptly made the reservation. When I arrived that's when they told me I did have the reservation I previously called about. Communication problem with the staff.
