Fantastic value. Great location and fab view from our room. Had a nice swim in the pool. Huge bed and very spacious room. Great shower!

The coffee facilities in the room had so much plastic - cups, coffee pod wrappers, sugar and stirrers in plastic bags. No milk so had to get some at the shop (I’m English so powdered creamer is no good for tea!)

I loved almost everything! It was an exceptional hotel! The staff was phenomenal with the exception of one bar/food attendant, the food was great! The rooms were amazing!
Negatives:
The pool was so high on chlorine that it burnt my kids’ skin. Their favorite thing about vacation is swimming and they didn’t get to do that after day 1 because it was so bad.

Would like to complain about the breakfast and check in.
No one has checked in us to inform the timing of breakfast, we turn up 5 to 9:00 and breakfast was completely removed , when asked the reception they said we can go out and have breakfast , this is complimentary . This attitude was very rude and unprofessional, gave us few bagels in a shopping bag which is again very unprofessional.
